BOOKING INFORMATION
General Booking Information
✿ all my bookings are done through google forms & all info regarding size, placement, etc... will be included in the form
✿ My hours are Monday's and Tuesday's from 10:00am-4:00pm and Wednesdays from 10:00am-2:00pm (unfortunately I cannot be flexible at this time)
✿ once you submit the form please allow me up to 2 weeks to respond (I typically respond to emails on weekends)

FLASH: pre-drawn pieces that are ready to be tattooed, each of these designs are unique
REPEAT FLASH: pre-drawn pieces ready to be tattooed, each design can be tattooed multiple times on different people
CUSTOM: a completely original design made from your ideas
Deposits
✿ a $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes towards the final cost of your tattoo
✿ deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Rates + Payment
✿ my hourly rate is $175/hr CAD with a 1 hour minimum
✿ a $15 supply fee is required at every appointment and 100% goes towards the shop
✿ final tattoo payments can be made via e-transfer or cash
✿ I do NOT accept debit/credit cards at this time
Location
✿ the studio is located at 102-8190 102 St, Edmonton, Alberta just off of Whyte Ave
✿ we are an appointment only studio and do NOT offer walk-ins
✿ our shop is on the second floor and requires going up a staircase, please let me know if you have any accessibility concerns (we are hoping to get a wheelchair lift installed soon, but right now we are not wheelchair accessible)
✿ parking in this area is limited, there is street parking along the block or spaces available in the surrounding residential areas

Reschedules/Cancellation/Lateness
✿ RESCHEDULES: One reschedule is allowed free of charge as long as 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is given. If you need to reschedule a second time another deposit will be required. If I have to reschedule you (if I'm sick or have an emergency) no additional deposits will be required, if another appointment date does not work for you I will refund the original deposit.
✿ CANCELLATIONS: If the appointment is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited
✿ LATENESS: If you are more than 20 minutes late your deposit will be forfeited and we will need to reschedule, another deposit will be required to re-book (my schedule is often very tight and I unfortunately cannot afford more than 20 minutes of lateness)
✿ Please be honest with me! I would always rather work through things together, I understand there are always exceptions and things we cannot control :)
